As the CEO of Nespresso Netherlands and a devoted mother to a daughter and two sons, I am honored to sign the Women's Empowerment Principles, reinforcing my personal commitment to gender equality. I cannot accept that at current pace we'll need 286 years until we achieve true gender equality. Everyday is a day to reflect on the countless women who have paved the way for us, and to empower the next generation of female leaders. In my role as CEO, I am acutely aware of the responsibility I hold to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace, where every individual, regardless of gender, feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
