Empowerment and equality are core values of MVMNT. We believe that all women should have access to resources to improve their holistic health and wellness and therefore we make a conscious effort to provide access to our facilitators, teachers and knowledge to a wide base of women to make sure no one is left behind. We are also committed to empowering women through knowledge about the body, mind and soul so that they can make better decisions regarding their lives and the lives of those they take care of. As we build MVMNT as a global thought leader on how to create conscious lives to help create a better world for us and future generations, we will ensure that empowerment and equality remain core values for our team and for those we serve.
