The role of women has always been vital in our communities. Despite all the difficulties faced throughout the years, women have continuously been able to overcome obstacles, speak up and ultimately be empowered to make a meaningful impact in the world. One of the most important sectors in which we need women to play a very important role is the professional world. For me, to empower women in the workplace, means to give them the power and right to express themselves, to feel confident, strong and able to develop and progress. Taking all actions we can towards this empowerment of women is vital not only for business but also for the health of our societies and families and could be one of the pillars for sustainable development of humankind.
