I have received with great enthusiasm the invitation to participate in the WEPs. As a son, brother, husband, colleague and friend, I recognize women's critical role and contribution to the world. For me, it is a professional satisfaction to join this program of the United Nations and contribute with some initiatives to the development of women. My commitment is to create in our agency a workplace that recognizes the value of women in the maritime business and offers equal opportunities between women and men, promoting our company values, corporate responsibilities and sustainability initiatives.
