I believe that the importance of gender equality goes far beyond any global initiative. As far as I'm concerned, for everything I've achieved so far, I owe the most to the women who surrounded me and now accompany me in my life. In private life, they are mother, sister and wife. In business life, these are my female colleagues. All of them are characterized by care, loyalty, love, sacrifice, reasonableness, patience ... with respect for the male gender to which I myself belong, I would not generally attribute those qualities to men. Thanks to the support of the women in my life, I am where I am today. That's why I recommend everyone in business to be surrounded by women, because this is the way and path that leads to better results, business and the future of the company in general. The respect and love given to women is far less than what they give in return. That's why every day should be March 8. I am sure that in the future I will also be surrounded by women, because battles are fought with them that are doomed to victory.
