On October 2022, MSC Dominicana S.A.S. has signed its accession to the Women's Empowerment Principles of the United Nations and UN Women (WEPs). Through seven principles that serve as an implementation guide, the WEPs offers us additional recommendations for the promotion of gender equality and empowerment of women in the workplace, the business sector and within the society. In this way and through the formalization of this document, we express our support and conviction in generating opportunities for the development of women within the company, participation in leadership, inclusion in the business decision-making chain, salary allocation in gender equity and their participation in corporate training programs. In MSC Dominicana S.A.S., as a leading company in the private sector, we confirm the adherence and alignment of our corporate policies with the global standards of sustainable development in pursuit of the benefit of women, gender equality, safety at work, care for the environment and the improvement of our society in general.
