We will continue to pursue true “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion” and to create an environment where each employee can maximize their capabilities. Therefore, we have been working on various measures; taking gender balance into consideration in recruitment, introducing an HR system that allows flexible working styles, and holding networking events focusing on balancing work and childcare regardless of gender. Through our participation in WEPs, we will continue to further accelerate our efforts to empower our female employees, and to create an inclusive environment and society in which everyone can work ideally.
