Within the framework of our Migros Better Future Plan, societal gender equality is one of the most crucial topics among our commitments approved by our Board of Directors. With this responsibility, we strive continuously to create the gender equity necessary in the workplace to bring about equality between the sexes in society as a whole. We observe gender balance and equal opportunities at every level of our company and aim to increase female leaders in our organization. We also contribute to the personal and professional development of women at the social level with our Family Clubs and Women's Academy. In this direction, we wholeheartedly agree with and actively support the Women Empowerment Principles, which directly overlap with our sustainability strategy.
