CEO

At Lynx, we are committed to gender equality. As the CEO and a father of two daughters, I am deeply invested in creating an environment with equal opportunities for both men and women. Our company thrives on fairness and inclusion, which are essential for fostering a superior workplace culture. We are convinced that a balanced gender distribution enhances workplace satisfaction, drives cognitive diversity, and spurs innovation. I genuinely believe that inclusion leads to better decision-making and business outcomes. Just as diversification strengthens investment portfolios, gender diversity enhances our collective competence. To systematically address diversity and inclusion, we have formed a Forum that, together with broader management and the board, has formulated gender distribution goals with linked activity plans. Since then, we have increased female representation in key areas, such as the board of directors and the executive management team, both of which now have over 40% female representation. While we are encouraged by our progress, we recognize there is still much to do to tackle gender imbalance within our firm and across the quantitative investment industry. We proudly endorse the Women’s Empowerment Principles and actively support initiatives promoting gender equality. Our policies, benefits, and practices reflect this commitment. We continually review and improve them to ensure that our workplace celebrates diversity and is a place where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.
