Lulofilms SAS is Colombian production studio co-founded and managed by a woman. In our almost 20 years of creative and production experience que have hired and developed mainly female talent in leadership and creative roles. Currently, 80% of our workforce is female, including senior roles such as directors, producers and finance positions. Our corporate, branded, scripted and documentary content has a female focus, highlighting the challenges posed by gender inequity and the achievements of women across the region. Our collaborators are generally female led production companies and the stories we pursue usually give voice to women as well as underrepresented groups. We strongly believe that a more inclusive media landscape the empowers women is a step towards building a more equitable and prosperous future for all.
