At Keywords Studios, we are on a purposeful journey to develop a culture of inclusivity, equitable practices, and increasing diversity - and we want to embed these principles and practices throughout our organization. Gender equality is a key element of this work, and we are accelerating our impact in the Philippines. We platform our women colleagues’ voices at industry events and other projects such as our Cervical Vaccine Drive, our ongoing collaboration with Gamer Girls Philippines, and our participation in the Women in Games Ambassador Program. I am proud to say that our company recognizes the changes that we need to make and how committed we are to implementing the WEPs and participating in the global community to support women’s empowerment in the industry and in the region.
