A sustainable organisation is first of all responsible: in Italpreziosi, respecting people and the environment is the value from which we start, and where sustainability is integrated into the business, the results are seen, the reputation is strengthened and becomes a distinctive and qualifying element. Italpreziosi core values are in line with the SDGs and we pursue to holistically achieve them. Our memberships and partnerships in the sector represent important roundtables where we can find solutions for our sector challenges and make it more sustainable. Our team is represented by 48% women, and more than 40% in executive positions. We support a gender empowerment culture within our company and stakeholders. Annually we support initiatives and events which fights against women violence, together with initiatives for peace building, health care, art and literature. We strongly believe that culture is one of the most important means to make a positive impact and change in our society.
