In 2022, IGT purposefully included Equity in the title of our Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to ensure our policies, practices, and culture identify and fulfill the needs of all employees irrespective of gender. We foster a workplace that empowers women, providing access to opportunities to grow, learn, and be recognized for their contributions. We also acknowledge that gender equality requires us to dismantle mindsets and behaviors that devalue women and ignores the challenges women face as professionals and within their communities. IGT’s proud adoption of WEPs is an extension of its longtime commitment to the United Nations Global Compact and Sustainable Development Goal 5—Gender Equality, which are core tenets of our global citizenship.
