In March 2021, the Holcim group became a signatory of the UN Women's Empowerment principles. We aim to contribute to the group's commitment to having women represent at least 25% of our senior management by 2025. By supporting the overall goal of advancing and empowering women and, specifically, the guidance offered by the WEPs, we are committed to encouraging our stakeholders to fellow business leaders to support the Principles by signing the Statement. We strongly believe that equal treatment of women and men is not just the right thing to do—it is also suitable for business and should be a corporate priority.
