Our consulting strategy is about identifying female potential, creating the conditions for them to grow and building internal cultures to retain them. We know there´s a huge visibility gap that needs to be closed. Nationally and internationally me have to integrate our experiences and making the world a place for every gender. As the CEO of HeartBrain Consulting that I founded 4 years ago, I wanted to give opportunities to economic systems around the globe that include and foster womens qualities and benefits. We are working with our clients to join the WEPs and then providing an implementation landscape for internal and external success.
