The legal sector, just like other sectors, faces obstacles in achieving gender equality and still does not have the desired number of women lawyers in managerial positions. We are honored that our office is a pioneer in this regard. But there is still much more to do and a long way to go. Gender equality is a human rights issue that affects all people socially and economically. Men also need to mobilize in the fight against this inequality. Everyone needs to be involved in change. We must overcome all prejudices against women.
