The equal treatment of women and men is very important in all societies. Women empowerment is not just about education or involving women in decision making process. Women empowerment is about gender equality, accepting their thoughts and needs, viewpoints, appreciate their work and knowledge and willingness to support and help. It is a long process, which can not be achieved in a day. It is a long chain of little efforts every day.
