Implement programs and initiatives that support the professional development and advancement of women within the company. Conduct regular assessments of the company policies and practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure they are aligned with the WEPs. Report transparently on the progress in implementing the WEPs and their efforts to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment. With these action points in place, Geolux aims to create a more equal and empowering environment for their employees, and to be a leading example for other companies in the global community.
