To me, there would be no Formato Verde without the values of inclusivity and gender equality. Our workforce comprises over 70% professional, resourceful, and highly skilled women. Without their contribution, the company wouldn’t be able to achieve its goals. We guarantee wage parity with our male staff, fair and equal treatment, and that our women are motivated, nurtured and enriched to grow in their careers. I don’t see a future for Formato Verde that doesn’t include women in all our areas of service provision: project management, design, motion graphics, video production and consultancy. Only then can we provide innovation through the broadest possible pool of talent and capacity. Through our work, we also seek to give a voice to organizations working to forward gender equality in different capacities (activism, and inclusion, among others). Thus, we are proud supporters of the WEPs principles, which Formato Verde has always adhered to from its core.
