The company specifically started hiring women as executive team members since 2016. As a company we have witnessed a hugely positive response since inception of this policy. However, through discussion with our team members we also noted with alarm the level of abuse women face in the workforce. We would like to ensure that such a situation does not persist and pledge to support and advance gender equality and women's empowerment.
