Within FAB, we continue to make significant progress: Women currently make up 20% of our senior leadership, and we are on course to meet our target of 40% women in senior management roles by 2030. FAB is also active in driving women’s empowerment across our markets - supporting women in education, women entrepreneurs and financial inclusion - as part of our ongoing commitment to our communities.
