Our commitment to the WEPs reflects our strong belief in promoting women's roles and our ongoing efforts to strengthen our leading position in establishing a work environment that is both inclusive and diverse. At FABMISR, we will draw valuable guidance from the United Nations, encompassing the seven principles that include the adoption of best practices in this domain. This includes the implementation of standardized operational procedures aimed at promoting and empowering women in the workplace, alongside the provision of scholarships and professional training programs designed specifically for women leaders. Our objective is to cultivate a work environment that is not only inclusive but also sustainable, effectively contributing to social development and driving economic growth in the country.
