We at FINCA Azerbaijan believe in empowering women – both our own staff and also our clients – and we continue to do our best to be intentional in achieving that goal in all aspects of the business. We do this by designing special products and services for female clients of our financial institution that recognize the different challenges they face in both their business and family lives. We equally recognize these same challenges experienced by our female colleagues and we do this for our staff by ensuring they receive equitable access to career advancement and development opportunities at all levels, from our new staff all the way up to top management and board membership. We believe a more equitable world is not only possible, but also possible today if we all commit to making this happen. This is why we decided to commit to the UN WEPs. We look forward to a day when all are able to reach their maximum potential without unfair barriers.
