I would like to express my sincere support for the Women’s Empowerment Principles. Nowadays the role of diversity, equality and inclusion in the society increases and the European Business Association (EBA) encourages its business community to implement and follow the best DEI practices and policies. In addition, the focus on women’s leadership became one of the top priorities for sustainable development of the organization. In EBA the employees are guaranteed appropriate treatment with complete respect of their human rights provided for by international and Ukrainian laws. We strictly condemn any form of human rights and dignity violation. We pay attention to equal opportunities for all employees, we empower women to develop leadership skills and become successful leaders. Due to this approach the percentage of women employees at executive team is above 80%. We strive to continuer unleashing talents, motivating employees and creating corporate culture that provides the ethical framework on which our daily activities are based.
