Having in mind that as mining and metals company, Euronickel Industries has been traditionally perceived as a ‘male’ company, we can proudly declare that not only are we striving but we are succeeding in our effort to achieve a more gender-balanced environment. It is for years now that we have created conditions, encouraged and motivated women to join our company in its many operations and functions: production, engineering, management, thus today we have an organization, with women being an integral part of it in many job positions, including top management. And the benefit of such integration is undoubtedly multiple: as a company we acknowledge that the female presence and contribution brought valuable, innovative, diverse and transformative influence to our everyday operation. We shall not stop here, there are still areas where we lack female inclusion, in our case particularly among the floor employees, which are mainly technical personnel, thus we shall continue cultivating, supporting and investing in integration of women in all segments of our company, having only one condition as a standard, which is high quality work performance that will lead us to further success and great achievements.
