As the CEO of a technology and software company, I manage topics related to performance, competitiveness, and positioning in a fast-changing environment. I believe that diversity is key to unleashing the performance of a company, enriching its culture, and accelerating employees’ well-being. At ESI, our workforce is multicultural, global, and from different fields of expertise. Women represent 43% of our Board of directors and 50% of our executive team, and, yet, they are underrepresented everywhere else. I’m convinced that we can do better on this matter and that fast improvements in the male-female ratio across all teams will help our company’s journey toward employee and customer satisfaction, technological expertise, and long-term performance.
