The EPC board of direction are committed to implementing the WEPs due to the woman's increasing competence in what they are compromised to do, once they learnt they do with perfection, tenacity, and so on. Nowadays it is clear that the women are more compromised with work, obviously in our particular co-business is difficult for women but, taking into consideration all riskiness we will teach them to, even slowly, the men's job, such as masons, painters, carpentries, and others men's activities.
