'People' are a core pillar of Enlighten Designs' mission and we are fully committed to fostering gender equality in our organisation. We actively support our employees to develop and grow as leaders in the tech industry - such as participating in the Women Rising/Microsoft Women in Technology Program. This year, 4 Enlighten employees completed the training, with more scheduled to attend next March. Previously, we have also partnered with local girls' secondary schools to highlight the potential careers in the tech industry and offer a taste of STEM-based career, which we feel is critical to building that interest right from the ground up. With over 30% of our current employees identifying as female, we recognise the importance of empowering women in the workplace and beyond. With the WEPs, we can take our efforts to promote and practice gender equality even further.
