As CEO, I am deeply committed to advancing gender equality and promoting the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) within our company. We recognize the importance of creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where all employees, regardless of their gender, feel valued and empowered to reach their full potential. To this end, we have implemented a range of initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality and empowering women in the workplace. These include equal pay for equal work, flexible working arrangements, and leadership development programs for women. We are proud of the progress we have made so far, but we know there is still much work to be done. Together, we can drive positive change for women in our company and beyond.
