However, WEPs are about everyday life, not only a job, and have become an important pillar of my life philosophy. From the current perspective, as a CEO, I am dedicated to achieving a greater impact on gender equality and women's empowerment, not only because of our staff's well-being and our firm's productivity or profitability but because of our social responsibility for a better and sustainable future. Through our policies, services, and advocacy, we will strive to break barriers, drive change, and create a future where gender equality is a lived reality for every individual within our organization and beyond.
