When I founded my company, I began working on gender equality issues in the organization. Del Plata Beef has been a women-owned and led company since its inception seeking to break the paradigm of the livestock sector, since it was an activity that could only be carried out by men. I prioritize the hiring of women in the positions we have, as well as the employment of mothers with young children, in order to be more plural and inclusive in the meat sector.
