My personal leadership purpose is “Getting the best out of people I care about by inspiring them and offering them my unwavering support and protection”. At 11 years old, I watched my widowed mother face harsh challenges and injustices just to survive. Today, I observe the barriers my wife faces and the sacrifices she makes for our family. These realities have fueled my passion for creating a different world for my daughters, other girls and women. I intentionally use my influence as a leader to address gender inequities and pave a path of success for females both within and outside of my organization. Therefore, I am honored to sign the CEO Statement of Support through the United Nations WEPs and join with other leaders to make a lasting positive impact for the women.
