Human Resources, in CSI Piemonte, represent an indispensable and precious value for its work and for sustainable development, agreed with the objectives of the 2030 Agenda. The Consortium firmly believes that companies with a culture of inclusion, non-discrimination and valorization of diversity at all levels are able to generate higher value. Great attention has therefore always been dedicated to the issue of gender equality. Becoming a signatory of the WEPs does not constitute only a formal act, but it strengthens our commitment and attention to ensure equal career opportunities and flexibility, gender pay equity, fair and equal participation in training and capacity development courses, as well as to support and increase women's employment in roles requiring STEM degrees, by balancing the composition of functional areas in relation to gender.
