Sue Y. Nabi (F)
Chief Executive Officer
We are proud to commit to the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles and drive gender equality throughout Coty. We recognize the importance of diversity at a leadership level and across our whole organization. That’s why we have set targets to achieve gender balance in our leadership positions by 2025, to close the gender pay gap across our business by 2025, including pay equity by 2022, and to roll-out diversity, equity and inclusion training for all associates by 2025. We also have a role to play in championing self-expression and challenging gender stereotypes through our brands. These efforts, in alignment with the implementation of the WEPs, are fundamental to empowering women and building a more inclusive business and society.
