As the CEO, I am committing to the WEPs to ensure that our organisation’s commitment reflects our efforts to advance women’s economic empowerment in the Zimbabwean Private Sector and whether they are yielding the desired results. As the private sector, we should reflect on whether we are knowingly or unknowingly impeding the advancement of women in some of the activities that we do. We intend to be intentional about advancing the WEPs as they are compelling imperatives to advance gender equality.
