Diversity, inclusion and equality are key aspects in our social sphere. In this sense, it is a priority for CIRSA to know the growth potential of each of our team members, to be able to dedicate the necessary resources to their training and development. Regarding gender integration, in 2022, a total of 187 women have held a management position in gaming halls, which represents 43% of managers. Our global team is made up of 49% women and 51% men, reaching a 56% of women in Latin America. We are proud to present these figures, undoubtedly above the sector, without limiting our willingness to continue improving these percentages.
