CFP Green Buildings' mission is to empower everyone on earth to make their buildings and homes sustainable. This mission is important for protecting the earth's climate, nature and resources, but also to protect the welfare, well-being and safety of everyone on this planet. Women and girls' rights have been underrepresented in the past and this is the time to set things right. At CFP, every team member can become a shareholder, regardless of age, gender and position. Within the company, women represent almost 50% of the company's population and two-thirds of the company's management team.
