Keith Ives (M)
CEO
In our work domestically and overseas, we've seen the negative economic effects of women being excluded from the labor force and the social impact of inequality in the workplace. Our firm is committed to researching these issues, disseminating results, and being a part of the policy process to correct the injustice. I support the WEPs because it is what women deserve, they are principles that our society should be aligned on, and it just makes good business sense. It's critical that firms like ours have women as a part of a diverse leadership team and workforce.
