UN Women has given four directions to governments to improve women conditions: Rights, Education, Representation and Allocation of Resources. Achieving gender equality also require companies to actively contribute to this process, in order to avoid that inequalities or imbalances, when they exist, reproduce. Signing the WEPs is a commitment to the principles stated by UN in this respect, to foster gender equality, and make better companies in a better world.
