The Cairo Center for Development Benchmarking is actively promoting the Women's Empowerment Principles at several levels. The principles of equality, dignity, and inclusiveness shape our internal work procedures and regulations. We commit to equal wage policy, Anti-harassment policy, preferential hiring policy for women, and provide an enabling environment. We build international bridges that promote culture diversity and inclusion in our Internship programme that host students from different countries from Europe, and the Arab region. Additionally, we promote gender equality in all our consultations, studies and assessments. We also have gender sensitive evaluations and a transformative gender capacity building programmes to support other organizations to join these global efforts. We are proud to join WEPs efforts to support and enable women in business for a more inclusive, equal and fair environment.
