Women and girls all over the world exist in permission-based systems. I believe that when women can achieve financial independence, we will all be free. That's why I've dedicated work within my career to having conversations with individual women, women within organizations and male allies about how to think differently about and then revise our own cultural narratives. Once we become aware of thoughts that keep us in a controlling place, we can be self-empowered to change, and then become self-determined which will set the world free.
