As proud signatories of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs), such as the Beymen Group, we affirm that equality is the catalyst for transformative change. A striking example is the McKinsey study, revealing a staggering $12 trillion global economic growth potential when women's equal participation in the business world is ensured. It is with great honor that I emphasize our commitment to gender equality. As of the end of 2022, at Beymen Group, 44.1 percent of our entire workforce and 45.4 percent of our senior management positions are held by women. The collaborative efforts of both men and women, empowered by an equal approach, fortify our collective strength. Through our implemented projects, we strive to empower and uplift our colleagues.
