The majority of our factory's employees consists of female staff. As a woman, I support the presence of our sister in social life. I believe that women play an important role in society. We are conducting various initiatives to ensure that women have equal rights and opportunities in society and to prevent gender-based discrimination. Facilitating access to education and cultural activities for girls and enabling them to develop in the business life are among our primary goals. We prioritize this objective in our internship, scholarship, and other programs. Gender equality is an important principle for our company, emphasizing respect for human rights, justice, and sustainable development.
