I believe women are the torchbearers of positive change. Involving women in purchase decisions became the basis of AVIOM, where women are the first applicant of loans for home construction, extension, sanitation, and renovation. The company’s approach not only provides necessary financial support but also promotes women’s empowerment. Our Shakti program trains stay at home mothers or Anganwadi workers or self help group leaders in financial literacy and enrols them as sourcing agents. We have already enrolled more than 1 lakh woman as Shaktis and our goal is to become the largest company in terms of rural employment for women. We are committed to create more opportunities and build a more inclusive and diverse future. We are acting, we are leading, and we will drive change.
