As a family business founded by men, but will be run by women partners as the next generation, we have no hesitation in trusting women’s talents in high-level corporate leadership. It is one of our core principles to treat all women and men fairly at work without discrimination and help the deserving rise inside the corporate organization, no matter their gender. We have joined the WEPs since we believe that the right and the smartest thing for companies to do is to provide inclusivity and cultural diversity inside the organization to foster creativity and innovation which in return provides the company with better business outcomes. Although we already have an inclusive and equitable working environment for everyone, we are committed to sustaining and further improving this principle of ours. We believe that it is important to be a part of this community as we need to emphasize gender equality and women’s empowerment more in our practices and this community has the means to provide us with valuable guidance.
