Having built my career in spaces where women are often underrepresented, I’ve witnessed firsthand how important it is to ensure that every voice is heard and valued. Committing to the Women’s Empowerment Principles is my way of saying that the status quo isn’t enough. I want my work to help break barriers and create opportunities for women to thrive, especially in industries, sectors, and regions where we’re still fighting for equality.
