Gender equality is about allowing individuals to reach their full potential without being confined by societal stereotypes. It encompasses not only the realization of one's potential but also the provision of fair rewards and recognition without being influenced by stigmas or stereotypes. To me, gender equality emphasizes "equality," which means providing equal opportunities for all individuals, regardless of any socio-economic, educational, or ethnic disadvantages they may have. Furthermore, I believe that everyone who has a strong desire to change their life for the better deserves support, networks, and opportunities to make it happen, regardless of their background.
