Regarding gender equality issue, ALBtelecom case is an excellent one, which inspires others to take similar bold steps. I proudly may say that we have a majority of female staff working at our company, in every department and at all levels with exactly 60% of employees and we have a quite remarkable diversity on management level, compared to other companies with a participation of 43% of women in management level. I myself am the first female CEO in the ALBtelecom’s history. From my own experience as a woman and as a mother, I believe that each of us is able to reach their full career potential while maintaining a good work-life balance, even though this seems to be challenging in everyday life. ALBtelecom is committed to leading on women’s issues and we are very proud to be part of signatories of Women’s Empowerment Principles, which are crucial to driving the rightful advancement of women around the world.
