Women wholly own Agrocrops; many of our core sustainability initiatives focus on women, from upskilling women to working with women smallholder farmers. We have an entire team of women workforce in our factories, from production - quality control - packaging - sales promoters at the super stores. So, it would be pertinent for us not to join WEP. By joining WEP, we will empower ourselves by improving our ambition in WWF (Women-Work-Force).
