We wish to offer our contributions in disseminating a prejudice-free, inclusive and gender respectful culture. Gender equality is one of the fundamental values in our corporate culture and is part of ANSA’s Ethical Code. We have a responsibility in building and spreading such a culture within our cooperation and throughout society. Far from being a sheer goal, gender equality is a value to be fed and preserved day after day.
